Comprehensive financial management tool

I integrated OneUp into my business operations primarily for their financial reporting and multi-user access features. The initial onboarding process was clearly guided, and connecting existing bank accounts was fairly smooth, taking about 10 minutes per account. I found the balance sheet generator and profit and loss statements to be accurate and easily customizable, which is crucial for my quarterly reviews. The multi-user access worked well for my team, allowing different permissions for various roles. While the payment processing integration was straightforward, I did find the vendor management section could be a bit more intuitive for bulk uploads. Delivery of new features seems consistent, and the platform feels robust.

Pretty good platform

So I tried out OneUp last month, mostly for the business banking portal and accounts receivable tracking. It was pretty chill to get things set up, nothing too complicated. My money stuff seems way more organized now. The mobile banking app is handy when I'm out. I liked that I could track who owed me money without much fuss. Overall, it's been a solid experience, no major complaints.

Great value for small business

I was looking for an all-in-one solution for my small business, and OneUp caught my eye with their 30-day free trial. I used it to test out the expense management and profit and loss statements. It was pretty easy to get started, and I felt I got a lot of features for the price once I committed to the annual billing discount. The financial reporting is really comprehensive. It felt like a smart investment for my budget.

Good features, some setup time

I signed up for OneUp's accounting automation and the SMB financial dashboard a few weeks ago. The automated invoicing has been a real time-saver, and the dashboard gives a clear overview of my business finances. It definitely handles the core tasks well. Connecting my bank account took a bit longer than I expected, maybe 15 minutes, but once it was done, everything synced up smoothly. The initial setup had a few steps, but the benefits outweigh that minor inconvenience. I'm seeing good value for what I'm paying.

Hey guys, thinking about switching from QuickBooks. Does OneUp integrate with everything smoothly, especially for e-commerce stuff, or is it more for service businesses?

L Linda E. 1 month ago
I moved over from QB a few months ago. It exports data so you can still use QB if you need historical stuff. The AI forecasting is pretty good once it learns your patterns.

It's pretty solid for my small online shop. You can connect your bank account easily and the invoicing is automated. I'd say give the free trial a shot.

Is OneUp actually a real bank? Like, can I get a debit card and everything, or is it just a portal to manage other bank accounts?

L Linda Gomez 1 week ago
Nah, it's not a licensed bank itself. It's more of a platform to manage your existing banking and accounting stuff. You connect your bank accounts to it.

Yeah, what they said. It's like a super smart dashboard for your business finances, not a bank where you'd open an account directly.

how many people can use one account? i have a small team and need them all to access some features.

J James Carter 4 weeks ago
It supports multi-user access. I have two other people on my account and it works fine for them to input expenses and manage invoices.

They mention multi-user access in their features. So you should be good.

I heard about some referral credits. How do those work? Do I just share a link or something?

B Brittany Lewis 3 weeks ago
Afaik, they do have referral programs. You usually get a link or a code to share, and when someone signs up using it, both of you might get a credit. Check their site for the current details.

I got a credit when a friend signed up. It usually applies after they become a paying customer, not just during the trial.

Are there any discounts for paying yearly instead of monthly? Trying to save some cash where I can.

B Brian Phillips 1 month ago
Definitely! They offer a discount for annual billing. It's usually around 20% cheaper than paying month-to-month, so it's worth it if you plan to stick around.

Yeah, I pay annually and it saves a decent chunk. Look for that option when you sign up or are upgrading.
